United States: No additional fees — taxes and duties are included in the price you see at checkout (DDP delivery).

European Union & United Kingdom: Customs and VAT charges may apply on delivery, depending on the order value and your country's regulations. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Other countries: Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by destination.

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International. If you don't see your country at checkout, send us a message — we may still be able to help.

Yes. Every piece is cast, cleaned, hand-painted, finished, and packed by our small team in our Istanbul studio. Nothing is mass-produced.

Our pieces are made from cast polyresin with a hand-applied protective finish. The result is detailed, durable, and substantial in the hand.

Very close — but since each piece is hand-painted, slight variations in tone or finish are natural. We see this as part of their character: no two are perfectly identical.

Our pieces are designed for indoor display only. Moisture, direct sunlight, and temperature changes can damage the finish over time.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners. With simple care, your piece will retain its finish for years.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Yes — if your order hasn't entered production yet (usually within 24 hours of placing it), we can cancel or modify it. Reach out as soon as possible.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery in two ways: by entering the tracking number directly on the carrier's website (DHL Express or FedEx International), or through your account on our site if you placed the order while logged in. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days, get in touch and we'll help.

Yes — we offer complimentary gift wrapping. Just let us know in your order notes at checkout, and we'll prepare your piece accordingly.

Of course. Write your message in the order notes at checkout, and we'll include it with your gift, handwritten or printed depending on availability.

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We send no price information inside the package.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for damaged items, manufacturing defects, or wrong items shipped. As each piece is handcrafted to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. See our full Returns Policy for details.

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us photos of the piece and its packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or not as agreed. This is because each one is crafted specifically for you.

Yes — we offer three types of customization: color & finish changes, fully custom designs from scratch, and personalized engraved plaques. Visit our Custom Orders page to learn more or send a request.

It depends on the type: color and finish changes take standard order time + 2 days, while pieces made from scratch can take 3 to 9 weeks. We confirm exact timelines before starting.

No — we do not produce pieces based on copyrighted characters, brands, or licensed properties (such as Disney, Marvel, or sports clubs). All custom designs must be original or free of intellectual property restrictions.
